You might be losing water weight. You seem to be staying within your goals although pizza and cokes are not very healthy. Honestly...I don't know how I ate the whole thing of anything anymore from restaurants. Now when I go out to eat I usually end up eating about half. I had some Ramen Noodles the other day and only finished 3/4 of it before getting full. The dog had the other 1/4 of the hot soup.

I find that when I run with an IPOD jammed in my ear and the music blaring that I don't pay much attention to my breathing. I zone out with the music. It's when the music stops that I start noticing how hard I'm breathing and tend to slow down. Find some music that gets you in the going mood.

I didn't say it was unhealthy. I switch up the shake and sometimes don't even use it as a meal. I use it as a snack. My point is he's saying everything I try is bad for me. Are all supplements bad?

I say buy a few bags to where you know you will run out. Once you run out turn off your front porch light so the rest of the trick or treaters will skip your house. Or buy a few bags of candy and a few bags of toys. Get rid of all the candy first...then hand out the toys.

I hate squats but I'm proud to say I've been doing the 30 Day Shred and now Insanity which involves alot of squatting. My butt has proudly lifted. So atleast that's a plus. It does work.

Your body will change but it's changing slowly. Other people will notice the difference. Even though I haven't noticed much of a difference in my body I'm seeing it in my measurements. My cousin actually gave me a compliment this weekend asking if I was dropping weight. That was great motivation to hear.

I loved the books surprisingly. Yes the sexuality was very explicit, but for some reason the book caught my attention. I couldn't put the book down. I don't know why they compare it to Twilight because it doesn't even compare.

I heard a lot of Soy keeps you from losing weight so watch out for that. Try drinking green tea and adding Cayenne pepper to your meals when possible. Those are good fat burners.
