Try Turbo Jam. It was fun and it you keep up with it for ten weeks you will see results. I went from 120 to 105 doing that workout.

I believe Protein helps you gain muscle. You shouldn't be so worried, but at the same time you do need to eat more than 900 calories. Also, is it near the time of the month...the bloating can be doing that to you.

Ever heard of the FITBIT. You should look into that. Then you won't have to worry so much about logging the little things. The fitbit automatically uploads it for you. PROBLEM SOLVED

Girllll all you need to do to tone that up is do squats. I felt a different when I was doing JM 30 Day Shred cuz she does alot of squatting but in a good way so it doesn't make you feel like your doing that many squats.

I just finished that video last week. I used a 5 lb weight but if you feel like your arms are not burning then I would go up. Try to stick to five lbs. Don't go any less. Good luck.
