This has been said over and over again. Take your measurements. Inches coming off is way better than what the scale says. It could be numerous amounts of things when it comes to the scale. I think that growing kids should have whole milk simply because they are growing and need everything in it. It's really more about the portion size they need to control.

Here's an idea. Keep going at your goal weight and go beyond. Start dressing sexy...then walk past him and if he gives you attention...IGNORE HIM!!! Some guys prefer fit which is fine, but there are nicer ways of coming out and saying it.

If I had the chance I would do workouts first thing in the morning. I notice when I do my energy level is way better and since I worked out it helps me to remember to eat healthy through the day. You should try it and see how you feel. Unfortunately I work mornings so can't work out till about 6-7 PM.

Some kids just won't listen. My nephew for example. Everytime we scolded him he got louder and this was in public. SIGH Kids now a days. I did spank him a few times, but felt bad cuz he wasn't my child, but if I'm alone with him he will not act that way with me.

I'm getting faster results at home then I ever did at the gym. Simply because the DVD's push me to do more. I'm currently doing Insanity but I'm curious to know the results on the butt lift.

Try weighing yourself in the morning again to get a more elaborate weight. I often step on the scale twice in a row and both times get two complete different readings. Scales drive me nuts.

Try push ups. When I started I couldn't even do 3. Now I can do about 18-20. Start out with girl push ups then push yourself into a regular one. JM 30 Day Shred is pretty good at helping build upper body strength.

Your muscles are probably sore from starting a new work out. Take measurements and stop worrying about the scale. Scale says I'm gaining. Measurements say I'm losing inches. Inches outweigh scale.

If you started a new routine it could be your muscles are swollen. Give your body time to get used to the routine then try again on the scale.

Really for your height I think you should weight more. My boyfriend is 5'-10" and weight about 195. Really I think all you should concentrate on is toning. I would stick with natural sugar...try STEVIA. Lasts a long time.
