  • I did about a week of the 30 day shred a few months ago, saw results and everything... but ended up quitting. Brushing that off and starting again! Day 1 for me. Wish me luck and lets hope i stay motivated this time!!
  • How long did this take? It kinda looks like im starting where you did. (same weight) And i'd love to see the same results. What did you do?
  • You can still eat the calories you needed for today, just add a little more exercise into the mix and you should be fine. We all have our days (or nights) but you cant starve yourself. Youre not going to lose any weight that way. :)
  • Ive been doing level 1 for 4 days now and ive lost 2lbs and 7.5 inches all over. I just have a few problems... when im doing the workouts im about die but as soon as i finish i feel like it just wasnt enough. I dont feel "worked out" anywhere but my legs. Should i combine some other workouts?
  • I was so excited when i ordered mine about 2 weeks ago, but i still haven't received it and im getting pretty discouraged. Lets hope that excitement comes rushing back when it gets here!!!
