Two protein shakes a day and the rest comes from chicken,eggs, fish, some pork, and turkey. Some of it I try and get out of my carb heavy foods i.e. brown rice, brown rice pasta, english muffins, eggo protein waffles. Also get some out of the Kale in my salads.

Crock Pot, Jar of Salsa, Three boneless/ skinless chicken breast, and 7 to 10 hours depending on level of heat (high/ low) and brown rice. AWESOME!!!!

Iso-Whey Proteins are better when it comes to the bloated feeling. It is a formula that disolves easily and digests easily too.

I take Dymatize Iso-Whey Cookies n' Creme flavor and it is pretty good. I also take Dymatize Elite Gourmet Whey/Casein blend Vanilla flavor and it is pretty rich. I mix both with water not milk and they are still pretty good.
