I feel your pain! I've been at home for the past 6 weeks, since I had my son, with my 2 year old daughter. It seems like I'm always eating. Most of the eating is boredom and stress I think.

i usually work nights so i eat breakfast around 10:30-12, i diary from when i wake up till just before i go to bed. so mine is roughly 17-19 hours. i don't see the problem doing it by 24 hours.

i say go for it. let someone know where you're going and how long you expect to be and take your phone with you. if you're going to listen to music and you're honest;y concerned about your safety keep the music down or one ear phone out. i think you'll be safe, but it never hurts to take precautions.

i take a stool softener with my vitamins every day and it really helps. also, fiber one has some really yummy products you could try ( you don't know you're eating fiber!) here's to hoping for a good poop! :drinker:
