MFP does not work out how many calories yo use doing situps/press ups etc. A friend of mine who is a fitiness instructure said approx 1 calorie per sit up/press up but I suspect it is different for different people otherwise mfp would do it. Is there a formula anyone uses please?

Thanks! Great site. Looks like one calorie per situp/press up should be accurate for my weight.0
