I'm happy with a pound a week. Sometimes it's only a 1/2 lb or sometimes no loss.

I'd look for a cereal with a higher fiber content. Or just good old-fashioned oatmeal! 1/2 cup of oatmeal (regular not the quick oats) in a bowl with 1 cup boiling water, put a plate over the bowl and let it 'cook' for 10 mins.
