I first found this as an app for my phone and tinkered with it until a couple of weeks ago when I made the decision to make some eating changes for real. Since then I've been good about the weigh-ins and diary but haven't taken advantage of the people side of the site so I thought I'd give it a try. I have a good solid 100 lbs to lose....again! I'm down about 13 in my first two weeks so that's encouraging. It still seems like hearing from others about successes and struggles would help.

Looking forward to the rest of this journey...

    I'm new at this website, too, and love it so far. It's nice to feel in control of what I'm eating and how I'm trying to live healthier. There are so many great people on here that offer their support, too. You're going to do such a good job!!
