  • Yoga is great for flexibility and toning muscles...but it does take a while to see results. I enjoy it because it calms my mind and relaxes me...I also run 3-6 miles every other day and doing yoga to stretch and relax my muscles has been great.

  • I watch my calories and make sure I stay under, but I also try to get enough iron, calcium, vitamin A and C and as much protein as possible (I'm a vegetarian so it's pretty tough for me)...I don't care if I go over on anything other than calories and fat...

At most, I have a small banana about an hour before the workout, just to not have to listen to my belly grumbling.
