I was having the same problem last summer. After about half an hour, it would start in my feet and if I didn't stop, it would move to my calves. Gained some weight back while on vacation with my family last month. Once I got back to "normal" and went back to my routine and meals, it fell off. Within days. I'm sure the same thing will happen! Good luck!
