I'm in Tallahassee.... full time at the Florida Bar which is almost state! Love the Seminoles, married, 2 little boys! I will send a FR to you girls now! I have an injury right now, waiting on TOC to figure out what to do with me, so my exercise is a little light at the moment. However, I log my food religously. Good luck!

This. Period.

Do not over think this! Eat what you want and log your foods. Then you will learn your trouble meals/snacks/foods and you can adjust accordingly. If you try to do anything too drastic, this will not stick. Good luck!

Thank you all so very very much!

I had a knee problem a while ago and it was Runner's Knee. Basically I needed to strengthen my legs so they could better support my knees as I ran. So twice a week I do a workout that includes a lot of lunges and squats to strengthen my thighs. It has helped tremendously. I also bought a elastic knee brace/stablizer to…

So, my question is, what has this product taught you about eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle? I am excited for you that it worked and you lost so much weight. But, part of being able to keep weight off and maintain the healty lifestyle is learning what you were doing wrong in the first place that got you…

This is not a problem! I have been working on a healthier me for a year now. My husband and I are wanting to try for a baby in about a year. you did exactly what I would have done and threw the cake away. You can't undo what you did and we all do things like that sometimes. Easter Sunday, I grabbed a fork and went to town on a cake... didnt even bother to cut a slice, just stuck a fork in it!. What you can do though, go for a walk, exercise and make better…

awesome response! I get the OP. I, too have gone from a 12/14 to a 4/6 and at times I wonder if they made the sizes bigger since the last time I was at this weight. I have a hard time believing it all.... yes the scale says what it does and so do the clothes tags and the ticker..... but I still do not believe it. Just like…

When was the last time you updated your goals? I try to update mine every 10 pounds or so... but did so recently because I hit a plateau. I didnt change anything, reentered the same info except for current weight and it dropped my calories. Also, your body might just be at a plateau so try to change things up a bit maybe?…

Biking is really good for you and is light on your foot. It also helps build up stamina and leg muscles, which will ultimately help you with running. I think that you should bike.... even if you only do a little each workout combined with other workouts. I have been out for a couple of months because of injuries and…
