  • This is going to sound crazy, but I assumed I was eating more calories than I actually was. I was eating around 2500 - 3500, but assumed I was actually eating way more! :O Thank god for my wake up call lol

  • I've noticed that lately I've been going about 200 calories over my limit. It's difficult lol. I've noticed that I have one meal with tons of calories, then one meal with like 300. I need to learn to work that out. So how often to you go over your calories?

  • lmao i'm probably more picky than him! Well i like some veggies. like carrots, corn, lettuce, things like that. I'd like to start forcing myself to eat them, because apparently you LEARN to like them. Plus they say your taste changes when you get older...   • I thought I'd post to see if anyone knows any recipes that I'd probably try. I don't EAT onions, but I will cook with them. Nor to I eat tomatoes... I'll try ANY seasoning, including onion. I don't like alot of veggies either. Gaw it's hard to diet when you don't like alot of things haha.
