My wife and I signed up on MFP a little over a month ago(3/9), were trying to lose weight before this but MFP has made it MUCH easier. We have stuck with the recommended daily intakes, and exercise regularly, we have both lost 40+ pounds so far. I feel so much better these days, I don't have heartburn, my knee doesn't bother me as bad, my back feels much better, and for some reason I don't seem to have the monthly migraine headaches.

This is me in October of last year at 286- the heaviest I have ever been:

    You guys both look AMAZING! It's hard to really notice when you see yourself or your spouse daily -- but being able to look back at pictures and see where you have come from is so encouraging!

    Sorry, I didn't realize we were into May, so it's been almost two months now. We had lost a few pounds before signing up on here, but we have both lost more weight using MFP than not.
