I used to be on Avonex, and I was very happy with only having to do one shot a week. I used it for 2 years, but then built up neutralizing antibodies and had to change. I know two ladies that have taken it since it came out, and are having excellent results with it. Brenda

Rob, thanks so much for posting the link to your story. I read it, and it is so motivational. I, too, gained a lot of weight with my second interfuron. I joined MFP, to try to get it back off. I am starting Tysabri in a couple of weeks. I hope I have as good of a result with it that you have had. Brenda

Thanks so much for your experience. I am not sure I want to change to it, since I am doing fairly well on the Rebif. My daughter is getting married in Oct, so I think I will not make any changes before then.

I have been on thyroid meds since 2001. I have hypothyroidism, too. I was diagnosed with MS in 2005.. I take Rebif for the MS.
