I'm in the same boat. 4 years ago, I lost 27lbs. From 153lbs to 127. I felt great. Now I'm up to 150lbs. I watch what I eat and exercise. My physician said that it's normal to gain 4lbs a year if you maintain the same habits. time to kick up the exercise I suppose?

IN! I started cardio today :) did it on monday as well but had a small procedure done tuesday so had to take a break. I am down to start on monday for real

hahaha - I will have to say.. the photographer had me do all sorts of poses. including that one. I felt extremely awkward with a finger in my mouth. :laugh: luckily my nailpolish was tasteless - although licorice wouldn't have been too shabby

too much :laugh: I would suspect about $500-600. The latest being $30 for plexus 7 day trial package. I lost 22lbs last year and need a jumpstart to get back into it. My boss lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks so I said what the heck.

I'm a marketing specialist for an architect and developement firm. It's my favorite job in a long line of jobs. lol! Favorite part of the job? I don't always have to be chained to a desk? Least favorite part? Dealing with some snooty people... 9 out of 10 times the people I deal with are nice though
