Today I hit my original goal!
Hey guys! I will be adding pics later but went from 69.5KG (153lbs) to 59.9KG(132lbs). The goal was 60KG and I did it today. Took me a 5 months of steady work outs and proper eating, but those are 21 lbs that are never coming back. I will post pics, but this is from halloween at 134lbs (about 61.5kg)

Yes I am trying low-carb. A quick question about it
I am going from a "well rounded" diet of about 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats to 10%, 45%, 45%. So I was averaging about 150 gr of carbs previously and am trying to stay around 20-30gr now. is that "low carb"enough to get an effect?

Lost 15lbs so far. 10 to go.

How much did you lose during induction? I am not doing a "proper" induction but staying between 25-40gr of carbs a day. I used to be at around 130-160gr. So far I've lost 3lbs in a week and am happy. Just curious as to what other have lost doing less than 20grams a day.
