For the College football fans

It's no secret I am an LSU fan, and with yesterday's news of TM7 leaving the team due to breaking NCAA rules, I am disappointed. I am not too worried about the team, as we have a lot of depth in our secondary, and maybe Collins will have his time to shine this season.

I am more upset for TM7's sake. He is just a kid after all, and let his fame get the better of him, making him think he was untouchable, able to get away with it all, and unfortunately that isn't the real world, especially in college. Miles shoed last year he can be harsh on his player and several were suspended for 4-8 games. He knew there were consequences to his actions, yet he chose to violate NCAA rules 2 more times.

College football fans, what is your take on this? Did the kid mess up his chances at an NFL career? And for those saying he can go to JUCO, you can't go to JUCO after playing 2 years in FCS.
