Also be sure your food choices are smart choices. I have not looked at your log so I don't know what you normally eat but be sure you are choosing the right protein, carbs and fat. Just because something is low calorie does not mean it is a good choice. It can be low calorie and loaded with processed sugars.

Try fasted cardio. To keep your metabolism going eat every 3 hours whether your hungry or not. Not a snack, a meal. Add weight training. You need weight training. Cardio only gets you so far.

My trainer has me go to 90 but then again he has to be worried about me injuring myself and I have horrible balance. I think it is 90 is safe and after that you get the benefits but risk injury.

I do not COMPLETLY agree with this. For the most part yes it is calories in vs calories out, however, you need to make the best choice you can with those calories. Eating a clean breakfast of eggs and oatmeal at around 300 calories is going to give you much better results than an equal calorie breakfast of sugar loaded…

Can you make your food diary public so we can see what kinds of food you are eating? Hitting 1200 calories a day and staying satisfied is doable if you are eating the right foods and drinking enough water.

I think it is something that I will always do. I think even eating clean it will be too easy to start just a little here and a little there and next thing you know your hard work is gone. I may not be as diligent as I am now but will always be tracking it in the back of my mind.

I cannot stand turkey so I usually eat tons of the bad stuff! This year I will be making myself some chicken breast to have with me and just having small servings of all the yummy bad stuff. Running in the morning and evening too! So close to my 100 lbs dont want to kill it.
