Sodium is really irrelevant for fat loss. Fat overages would impact you differently based on the amount of carbs you're consuming etc.

Sounds good, but I would be adding beads to an empty jar for lbs lost. Seems like it would motivate me more to fill a jar than empty it.

Raw Weight - Raw Weight / Cooked Weight * Cooked Bone Weight = Uncooked Meat Only Weight

Okay so here's the chicken math going on now! Raw Weight / Cooked Weight = Reduction Factor Cooked Bone Weight x Reduction Factor = Raw Bone Weight Cooked Weight / Reduction Factor - Raw Bone Weight = SOLUTION

I can't I've already consumed 5 cups of coffee this morning and now my macros will be GUESSTIMATED!!!! I might as well just eat an entire tub of ice cream and a whole apple pie!
-
This makes the most sense bone weight cooked vs bone weight uncooked for a % then weigh the bones post-cooking and do the math. No wonder everyone who tracks macros diligently eats boneless chicken!
-
Okay so the chicken manufacturer says that the 100g serving does not include bones so to weigh 100g with bone removed raw will provide the nutritional stuff listed on the package. ARGH The chicken is already in the oven and was a total of 2423 grams bone-in. FF FFFF FFFFFFFF

I dress like I'm going to planet fitness, I don't own any muscle shirts, just muscles. Can't have people fat-shaming the overweight by displaying their physiques at the gym. I expect people to be in shape at my gym, hell its motivation... the people who always come here are HUGE, I should come here lots too! Guess that…

When deadlifts are arguably vs squats the best exercise to do and they don't want people doing them it makes me wonder... I make noise when I'm deadlifting and nobody wants to hear weights making noise at a gym!

Start now with strong lifts 5x5 or starting strength. Your scale might stop moving but take measurements and photos.

5g of creatine monohydrate a day will cost you less than $10 a month and is probably going to be the best bang for your buck out of any supplement. Your muscles fill with water which promotes better recovery and it makes you stronger so you can lift heavier and get better results. 100% creatine is awesome, cheap and proven…

Compound movements should be the meat and potatoes of your workout. Isolation movements is like salt, pepper, sour cream and butter. You don't need them but they make some things better, for example if you want bigger biceps you should isolate them as well. You can get big biceps by doing just rows but you can get better…

There's all kinds of people who go to my gym from the super-fit to the super-not-fit. There's more super-fit and there's a reason for that. If you're not fit and you KEEP GOING and KEEP DOING YOUR DIET RIGHT, you'll be super-fit later. It takes at least a year so make it count. Unfortunately I see a lot of people who are…

You should quit, it's not worth any money to have to put up with people like that. On a serious note, you need to surrender your MAN CARD to to nearest real man.

TLDR Strength : answer to all life's problems, you'll get lean as hell and look awesome with a great shape Cardio: spawn of Satan sent here to keep you fat. Do 60 mins cardio a day for a few weeks and your body will adapt to that IE: if your TDEE is 2000 and you burn 600 calories of cardio every day. Very soon your TDEE…

I wonder how many calories I burned responding to this post. Seriously networking is mentally taxing, if you're exhausted it's probably your brain not your body from standing around flapping your gums.
