If I was only eating 1200 calories I would probably skip bread just makes me more hungry.

I have an old wrist injury and immediately went to using wrist wraps when the slightest pain happened benching. I actually was able to progress better with them on because subconsciously i think i was trying not to agrivate the wrist. I also have small wrists i can grip around them and touch my fingers. Good luck the wraps…

For weight loss yea a calorie is a calorie. However for staying full crap calories never work for me. If you want a 100 calorie desert go for it.

Open diary or no comment and will just assume you are actually eating 2800 calories per day.
-
there you have it 8 cups of coffee per day and game on. I only drink water if I'm thirsty or working out. According to the 8 glass a day science I should have died years ago and should not be able to lose weight. ..

Binged today (3000 kcal) because I under ate yesterday (<800). Seems if I stay at a reasonable deficit and add in what I'm craving I don't binge.

Disagree with OP, in for support but if it's not coming off you're almost always way underestimating calorie intake.

Guess and overestimate. Generally everything I'm not measuring I'm overestimating.

Stretch when you can handle the pain. Avoid calf exercises until healed. AVOID ANYTHING BUT FLAT SHOES UNTIL HEALED.

Keep doing what you're doing for 4 weeks and post again with weekly losses and daily logging. 2 weeks isn't long enough for a determination of whether you're losing too fast.
-
If you don't log it you wont know how much you went over. If you went 3000 calories over and are at a 300 calorie per day deficit it would take 10 days to average it out and continue losing. Some people don't get the math on this and have ridiculous cheat days weekly and wonder why they're not losing anything.... I run a…

Do whatever you like, it's your body and your body doesn't know what MFP is. Are you concerned about losing weight too quickly?

Total muscle failure extremely unlikely. More like have to sit up on bench to remove weight or put bar onto supports in squat rack. Either way get off the machines and do 5 sets of 5 with compound movements instead of 20 reps with machines. Strong lifts 5x5, starting strength are pretty simple and effective beginner…

Almost had a heart attack, then I see it's a work gym so I'm guessing the manager isn't qualified to give out expert advice therefore gives BAAAAD advice. Do your own research, this person has no idea what they're talking about. SS or SL5x5 and show that work gym manager

Flu / Fever / Vomiting Got these symptoms? Stay home. Otherwise go to the gym and lift heavy things. If you're not washing your hands before you touch your face / leave the gym you like to live dangerously.
