Loosing weight - too fast for muscles?

Options
Hello, everyone
I am 19,5 years old, 170 centimeters tall and weighed 105 kilogrammes. I decied to stop eating sweet things and start eating veggies and stuff instead. My goal was to lose 0.75 kilos a week, but I after two weeks I've lost almost 3 kilos (instead of 1,5). First I was happy, but then I started worrying if I am going to loose my muscles because of too fast weight loss. My only excercise is going out and into my apartment (3rd floor) every day. What should I do?

Keep doing what you're doing for 4 weeks and post again with weekly losses and daily logging. 2 weeks isn't long enough for a determination of whether you're losing too fast.

If you're not doing some sort of resistance training, some of your loss will come from muscle. If you don't use them, you lose them, oftentimes. Add in at least some bodyweight resistance training and eat adequate protein to start.
