There's a guy who wears one when he trains at my gym, all puled up over his face too. This is letting everyone know not to bother him, he's also a personal trainer so people know this and want free advice from him or are clients of his and want advice. Either way when you wear a hoodie up over your head there aint nobody…

Don't get mad but models look like crap compared to girls who lift heavy.
-
Best bang for your buck is lifting heavy things.
-
Sure, it doesn't matter what your daily calories are as much as your weekly calories are. IE: If you aim for 2200 calories a day and eat 2000 for 6 days then eat 3400 one day it's the same as eating 2200 every day, probably better really.

5% Carbs 25% Protein 70% Fat :)

This is green coffee bean extract, re-packaged with extra fillers and price from what I can tell.??
-
Anyway I was curious so I had to research this miracle drug. Yes it's just overpriced green coffee bean extract. Which is a scam anyway, I don't know why your doctor would have a problem with you taking this, doesn't your Dr. watch Dr. Oz? Jeeeeepers!

So sad, now I don't even believe your post is anything more than advertising. I don't believe your doctor said this to you. you may not even have a doctor for all I know

I lose weight eating bacon every day and lots of it.

My wife makes this with Mayo, Vinegar, and Splenda. I don't know what the ratio is but it's 3 ingredients and awesome.

Looks fine to me at 9%. 5-6% and you might get some freaky features like face veins, if you want to do it I say go for it. If you like it, great, if not it should be easy to get back up to 8/9%.

Impossible? No A good idea? No. More muscle than fat? Yes
-
If you like what you're on and want to continue but with more variety check out the macros (carbs, protein, fat) of the nutrisystem meals then experiment with making meals with similar macro nutrients and calorie counts.

Run faster or my dog might eat you.

Agree with everyone suggesting that you eat more. 900-1100 calories a day is not nearly enough for an active person. Google a TDEE calculator and work out your TDEE, generally the best rule of thumb is a 20% defect from what your TDEE is. This probably means you'll be adding around 1000 calories a day. Remember your goal…

Add me and misskriss3, we are low carbers and that may give you a good idea for what to eat when low carbing. Your trainer is absolutely correct, under 100 carbs a day will get you dropping weight, BUT under 50 will get you into some serious weight loss. Just need to realize if you take the carbs OUT you're putting the…

Looks like a good weight routine. Are you experienced in the compound lifts? If not I would recommend something like starting strength or stronglifts and learning proper form to prevent injury. Make sure you're lifting heavy and killing it every workout. These workouts look like some serious volume so you may need more…

Addicted to lifting heavy things now.

NICE JOB Cardio, Weights, AND Intermittent Fasting. That's a badass combination. Your results are perfect!

This^^^ You'll do much better eating clean foods. The vegitarian image that comes to mind is a skinny person but it can easily be a fat person eating processed junk. You might also want to look up vegitarian bodybuilding, there's information on how you can get enough protein to make that happen. Maybe ask your doctor about…

Well, don't eat the bread, it's got high fructose corn syrup in it (YUM) no wonder it tastes better than most bread. Awww hell most bread is getting the HFCS crap in it too now. Tell you what, your best bet is to eat just the animals and plants. IE: Chicken and Salad. The bread is making you fat, don't get suckered into…

Overdoing the cardio and/or not eating enough. Less cardio, more food. Calories in vs calories out is lies lies lies, your body is smarter than math and knows what's up with that.
-
Yes, whatever you want to call it, we all have that friend who plows through 5000+ calories a day every day and is skinny, lanky and doesn't do any exercise. That's what I mean by ectomorph, whatever you want to call that. "hard gainer" I see called as well.

huh??? THIS
