Northern Michigan is very lovely in the winter and having lived up until a few months ago I should know. Try Boyne Highlands, Boyne Mountain for skiing, the tunnel of trees, Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and the small towns in between, you won't be disappointed!! :wink:
