IMO, she should not tell her hubby she is going to try and lose weight. If he is going to sabotage her when he knows, then not telling him sounds like the thing to do to keep him from not bringing crap into the house. I also think she should join MFP and start with small changes to her diet and exercise. Then after awhile…

I don't have money to go to the gym either so I found Hasfit.com has lots of free workouts that I can do with my torn Mencius. I really enjoy them and I am doing weight and cardio for beginners. Good luck on finding what works for you!

I :heart: Chinese! I love to go there. What I do is first have a plate with a little bit of everything, then I go back for fruit, pudding and well, more crab rangoons (personal fav) then I am stuffed. Great now I want Chinese!! :sad:

**Just got internet after moving from my home state of Michigan to North Dakota. I did gain weight on the 2 day move but I am almost at my pre moving weight of 297. I weigh 299 as of today. I hope I can lose 25 lbs in a month (doubtful) so I may have to start over!

HA! I was put on a heavy dose of Prednisone for pneumonia (3 times) - the side effect of this drug is that you never ever feel full which in turn, makes you eat like crazy. I know right!! :drinker: I think more ppl might actually try harder here in the states if they could get free surgery for skin removal. That was a huge fear of mine for the longest time. I have since come to my senses and realized it is better to be healthy than worry about hanging skin.
