By one side i meant one bicep, one forearm etc. And i measure all the way around BUT for instance my waist only went down .5 inches while my hips went down 1.5... whenever feels comfortable. unless your child making/feeding body parts are hanging out, people should be less concerned with what your wearing and be happy that someone is taking steps toward a more healthy lifestyle imho...

The yoga pants are nike with no logo, flare style. The complaint "came" from a female parent, to another female coworker. The complaint was then told to my boss. I agree that a teacher should dress by the dresscode if the students have one. And our students do, but its just a dresscode that takes away themed cartoon characters and other commercial images, not yoga pants... my students wear leggings on a daily basis. woo hoo! i like to see all the plank love! Its actually my second favorite workout! Oh, and im up to 1m 20sec now :) when i first started i couldnt even attempt the side plank, so, challenge accepted. Come friday, i will find out if i can do a side plank.

LOL I felt that way too when I was at 1200, over the course of 2 months ive increased to 2000!!! And i know it was water weight, but it kept going up so i thought, why am i retaining water at a higher deficit? so i had to ask to see if maybe its happened to others...

so your weight loss was the same at 1400 as it is at 1600? Thats fantastic! Thats an extra 200 cals! I know I love to eat so to be able to eat more and lose is awesome! :)

its possible, the part that has me confused is my diet doesnt change around much, my water intake is steady, so for eating less to show an increase in scale, and eating more shows a decrease... seems odd.

I drink a green smoothie every day. You get so much more out of a whole raw food smoothie than juicing alone. But other than more energy and what not strangely enough, my nails are stronger then they have ever been! Edited to mention that i HAVE tried the juicing thing and for 3 whole days i felt like a hard core herion…

I eat like that every day for the most part, i also eat very healthy foods every day as well (green smoothies, pumpkin seeds, etc) I have lost weight and inches. i weight lift and am in the best shape of my life.
