Unfortunately my fibro forced me to take a 2 week work out break due to my bodies idea of overtraining. Today was my first day back and it felt GREAT!!! Oh how i missed it!!!

Fibro and CNS fatigue?
So I Have fibro and have been lifting heavy for 3.5 months. Because I have fibro I am i tune with my body and its needs, and i listen. So i took a break. I have also been doing research and am curious if this is normal? Or if its due to fibro that i hit cns fatigue so early in my training. Any thoughts?

Boots and inches NSV
After two months of weight lifting i have lost 11 inches total AND can fit in REGULAR sized knee high boots! Not wide calf! The hubs convinced me to buy some and they are SO CUTE!!! Ahhh the glories of fitness :)

Negative comments about weight loss
Stupid OCD wont let me quit thinking about a comment that was made about me in a negative sense now that ive lost weight and am working towards better body comp. Any thoughts on how to STOP my brain from obsessing?

Proper way to measure
Just curious, when measuring for inches lost, do you measure both sides of the body and then count up the inches lost? Or do you measure one side and add up the inches that way? Which is the proper way to measure inches lost overall?

Something Ive noticed
Been tracking my weight since increasing my cals while weight training and oddly enough, when im at less than a 500 cals deficit i lose weight like crazy, the second i give myself over 500 as a deficit, i GAIN weight... any thoughts on why this might occur? any simlar experiences?

So ive been weight lifting now for 4 weeks and my "goal" jeans glide right up and over my bottom. But now because of where my bottom is now positioned, they dont fit comfortably. I have, uhem, a shapely behind and weightlifting is only making it more shapely. What brand of pants should i buy to accomodate my issue?

2 nsv's!!!
#1- I can, for the first time in my life, flex my calf and watch my muscle move into position. #2- My underwear which once covered my "whole" bottom now has a bit of my buttcheeks showing in order to cover my "crack"... Which means my bottom is movin up and changin shape! Woo Hoo!!!

Thats how many calories I consumed yesterday! On purpose! I ate whatever I wanted, and in the past if i gave myself a free day my weight would go up a few lbs and then i would spend a whole week try to lose the water weight... That was with cardio only. Now with weightlifting i ate all 3700 delicious calories a DIDNT GAIN…

Nsv Newbie love
I love being a newb to weight lifting! Though my scale has stayed steady, i have lost a collective 1.75 inches all over my body in just 3 lifting sessions! Changing goals seems to be in order as my success may not just come from the scale anymore :-)
