tmi: raw kale

So raw kale in my green smoothies is great, except for the gas. If i keep at it, does it eventually go away?

    Your body will adapt. How much kale are you putting in? Make sure to blend it for a long time.

    If raw kale is new to your diet, then there is a good chance it will get better as your gut adjusts.
  • Yep...just like going to a "slow-carb" diet and eating a ton of legumes. It all balances out eventually.
  • I blend it until its smooth and i only put 15 grams worth. But im glad to hear that my body will adapt. This isnt exactly what i signed up for lol.
