3700 calories

Thats how many calories I consumed yesterday! On purpose! I ate whatever I wanted, and in the past if i gave myself a free day my weight would go up a few lbs and then i would spend a whole week try to lose the water weight... That was with cardio only. Now with weightlifting i ate all 3700 delicious calories a DIDNT GAIN AN OUNCE!!! Another reason to LOVE weightlifting!
