Weight Lifting and Heels

Who knew that weight lifting would improve the ability to walk around in heels! It was an awesome unexpected perk to say the least! Anyone else have unexpected perks from lifting weights that make life easier?

    With weigh training my back hurts less at work. I am a dental hygienist and strength training really helps my mood and decrease back pain. An additional perk is my how good my legs are looking in my shorts :happy: :happy:
