weight is just a number!

A real life example has been put in my face today that weight is just a number. My younger sister recently chose to participate in xyngulars core4 program(sad face) and in doing so she took down her stats. Today was her 8th day and she posted her "success" on her fb. According to her measurements, we are but half an inch in most places apart. However she weighs 25 less lbs than i do. Which only solidifies my recent thoughts that weight is just a number and that body composition and health is the true success.

Perfect example: How much do you think I have lost in these pictures? It is the exact same tank top in all pictures....

these pictures actually only span 5lbs or less. I am about 195lbs in the top one, 196lbs in the middle one, and 194-195lbs in the bottom one. Yet in the top one I wear a size 16/18 pants and a 42DD bra. In the other two, I am wearing size 12/14 shorts and size medium yoga pants, and a 38C bra.

Weight is a number and health is a lifestyle. I weight 134lbs but I wear sizes 6 and 4 respectively. Jr sizes 5 and 7. I'm only 5'1" and folks never guess I weigh as much as I do.

Keep staying on the healthy track and the rest will come :)
