Maybe up your exercising those days? and although you don't have to diet those days, try and pick better options, I.e if you fancy Pizza, don't have take away, make your own where you pick what goes on there? If you fancy crisps, have the baked version? this will proberbly help you a bit more than stopping your diet all…

I am just recovering from depression which I had since 2010, came off my tablets late 2013. I think you should take tablets, as someone said, depression and mental illness is not something to be ignored or played around with. But I would suggest taking vitamins, councilling and also ask your doctor other anti depressents…

I agree with the person above, its more of an outline, but yes, a good outline that you can edit to what will suit you more as you go along - Maybe add more or less of something each day. Going to give this a go!! Later... I just completed my first 60 second plank (used my timer on my phone to know I had it dead on 60 seconds) Didn't realise how hard it would be to hold for 60 seconds!
