Really stuck for something healthy but small and what is good to have after exercise. Today I had 2 banana's - what do you have & what is good? I tend to exercise either Mid morning 10ish or evening 5ish or 7ish Thanks in advance!

MFP or BMR? Help
Right so MFP have set my weight to 1430 calories a day, But my BMR (amount of calories i should eat if I was in a coma/doing nothing all day) should be 1578 - Which one should I follow or does the 148 calories not really make to much of a difference.
