Help! Need a healthy recipie that uses Sour Cream!

Brought sour cream the other day and forgot to use it, now I need a recipie for dinner that I can use it with, that is healthy and filling - plus needs to be with vegetables that also need eating up!

Can tell its friday tomorrow eh!
