MFP or BMR? Help

Right so MFP have set my weight to 1430 calories a day, But my BMR (amount of calories i should eat if I was in a coma/doing nothing all day) should be 1578 - Which one should I follow or does the 148 calories not really make to much of a difference.

It doesn't make a difference, it's not that accurate.

The MFP number is based on your activity level and selected loss rate.

If you exercise and log more calories burned the food calories goes up accordingly.
