After exercise snack

Really stuck for something healthy but small and what is good to have after exercise.

Today I had 2 banana's - what do you have & what is good?

I tend to exercise either Mid morning 10ish or evening 5ish or 7ish

    I've been eating those special k bars or fiber one brownies along with a pudding cup or jello cup.

    You do understand, you DO NOT need to eat something directly after working out, right? Unless you truly are hungry.

    All that 1 hour window post workout is nothing more than a bro-science legend

    I generally go back to the office or home and eat lunch or dinner. If I'm really hungry and my macros and calories allow it, I have a protein shake with milk.

    Of course I know that... I never eat unless I am hungry, thats common knowledge!
