This may sound crazy...but I put the liquid egg whites in a small, shallow bowl and microwave for 1 min then top with salsa. The eggs are a different consistency and that worked for me.

This has helped me more than you know. I have been exercising a lot this week and I ended up drinking a large glass of water and having some cheese and crackers (not the best, but.....). Now it's almost time for dinner. Thank you all very much!!!
