  • That's great!!! I'm just a couple of pounds away from hitting the 80 pounds total lost since I started this whole weight loss journey!!!
  • I have been eating baby spinach salads with lite raspberry vinaigrette, fresh raspberries, and pecans. Then I add in either chicken or tuna. You could also add a little bit of reduced fat cheese if you want! It's very good and low calorie!
  • Hey guys! I just started today! I've got both the workouts done (I'm doing the metabolism boost for the first week). Feel free to add me - all the encouragement and motivation makes the world of a difference! :)
  • Eat the light ranch. If you eat fat free ranch, it doesn't have the fats that are necessary for your body to absorb the nutrients of whatever you're eating the dressing on, such as salad, veggies etc. And it light ranch tastes way better anyways :)
  • Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt - only 80 calories! And it's high in protein and makes me feel full!
  • I'm doing great! Tomorrow is my 10th day, so my last day of Level 1. And I haven't missed a day!!

  • Try to really, really stretch when you are done - even more than what is at the end of the video. I'm in physical therapy school now, and my only complaint about the dvd is that she doesn't stretch nearly as long as you should. You should hold each stretch for about a minute, or until you don't feel it stretching anymore.…
