  • I invested in a food scale. It helps A LOT. That prevents me from guesstimating :) I always try to do the exact serving size. If I have enough calories, heck yeah I'll double
  • I seriously have the hardest time finding jeans. I'm bigger in the mid section, but everywhere else, I don't match. I try on a pair of jeans and they fit perfectly in the mid section, but the thighs are HUGE. AND I'm Italian! Doesn't make sense.
