idk how to look this up but how to you measure howmuch lets say flour you coat something with or eggs i make chicken fingers i bake them but how the hell do i measure i never use all the flour or breadcrums so how would i do it? and theres no way for you to choose if you fry or what ever if i did how would u measure that

Get a decent food scale. Then you can just see how many grams of whatever you use and calculate based off that.0

I would suggest putting as little as possible to start for the breading. So say you measure out 1 cup of flour. If you need to add more, measure it out. Whatever you don't use, measure it out and subtract it. That's just my educated guess.0

I make up the coating of what ever (in this case almond flour and parmesan cheese) then weigh it. I coat the food and then weigh the remainder of the coating.0
