  • Correct there are no stretches for shins. Icing and resting until you are without pain is a good first step.... but Shin splints are actually caused because your arches are dropping. The two muscles that are supposed to hold your arch in good form are to weak. There are only two ways to get rid of shin splints. Get better…

  • I would say whatever you have been doing has been working great.... 90lbs down! Awesome!!! I have had the same problem... i just eat until i am comfortable.... i could probably get all the calories down but i would be stuffed (back to my old ways) Keep it up!

  • I do it barefoot... well... in my vibrams. I was having pain (kne pain, shin splints) before i switched. Now, I have no pain (well except for the burning i feel from working out so hard :) ) I do it on carpet in my living room too...
