I am looking for a few good books to read about athletes, or some sort of success stories just to read over the next few months to help me keep my head on straight. Keep me losing weight, help me stay motivated to train for triathlons.... That sort of thing.
Any ideas?

All three of Dean Karnazes's books are great; I read the first two in two days, then preordered the third and had it finished in the first two hours after release! If you're not familiar, he's an ultramarathoner who is just incredible, but is very down-to-earth and relatable.0

P.S. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD IT FOR FREE BECAUSE THE BOOK IS LIKE 100 YEARS OLD
The author also wrote other books still easy to download free.0 -
