Meh! :ohwell: It took me a year to get to my current weigh by keeping my calorie intake at 1200 and working out at least 3 times a week. I started doing the Zumba game on the Wii, I would…

I put a splash of vanilla with splenda in my coffee. I personally like my coffee strong (if you can see through it it's not coffee) but I'm not hardcore enough to take it black :ohwell: yet

The only way MFP is going to work for you is if you put everything you eat. It's a way for you to "see" what your eating day by day and to help you make better food choices based on you exercise and daily calorie goal.

Could also be your metabolism kicking up.... try eating small amounts more often while your body gets used to the lower portions... at least that's what helped me when I started.

^^^^ YES!!!!! I'm only 5'6" myself but I'm the shortest in my family. My "little" sister is 6 feet tall and as proud as can be about how tall she is. So proud in fact that she got a giraffe tattooed to the back of her neck

Don't know about all that... women that look awkward in high-high heels are just not used to them, wearing them just to the club and what not to look cute. I have never been much for clubs 'n stuff like that but absolutely LOVE high-high heals. If they're not over 4" I don't bother with them. I work in an office with other…

LOL! Accurate. also I almost died with the following: I understand what you're saying but I feel that this place is more that just a tool to log you daily calorie intake. It's somewhere you can vent your frustrations at certain situations with your diet/exercise routine. If you search my log/FB/Tumblr/Instagram you will…

Dude, I haven't even tried to stop drinking coffee, it's like not an option  EDIT: I'm not picky with the creamer, I like the chocolate caramel...

I weigh myself twice a week, on Fridays to see the weeks progress and on Monday to survey the damage done over the weekend. This helped me a lot in the beginning to realize that this is an everyday commitment. To see that I lost 2 lbs on Friday only to see 1.5 back was a real eye opener.
