i have this problem alot. I just went to a weight management class at Curves this weekend and it was on sodium. Rye Toast w/ nutella Protein shake, i like to toss in a banana or a tablespoon of PB. Turkey bacon and Eggs....use an egg sub like eggbeaters, taste great, already scrambled, so toss it in the microwave, along with the turkey bacon at same time....3 minutes and your ready to eat....

No its not healthy.....not in my opinion. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so eat! keep track of your measurments too. the first month i was at Curves, i was ready to quit when i had my first weigh in, i had gained 2 pounds!!!! talk about a dosappointment! But then we did my measurments and id lost 7.75 inches! that made me feel so much better.

Chocolate Cherrios is the answer! i have these on hand all the time. 3/4 of a cup is only 100 calories!!! Its the best too...you get your sweet/crunchie/chocolate fix all at once!
