Congrats on your decision to get fit/exercise. When I first joined the gym I felt as if everyone was looking at me and thinking about how overweight I was. I doubt if you are even registering on their radar. I put my headphones on and zone out. You can do it! Good luck!!! :)

Routine during the week. I prep everything on the weekend - so I have enough chopped veggies, fruits,hummus, nut butter,cheese sticks, etc for snacks during the week. Listen to my music or watch tv. Vary the routine - the workout programs. I also use the elliptical and I walk at work

I started by walking. 10 minutes 3X a day. Slowly increased my time. Now I walk 15K steps a day. Plus I bought a bike that I use a couple of times a week. Find something you enjoy - and you will stick with it! :)

It's a major wake up call! This happened to me last year and my weight loss hasn't been as quick as I would like, but every day I count my calories and exercise.

I just make the best choices that I could while on vacation. I did try to do some form of exercise each day - sightseeing, walking on the treadmill @ the hotel gym, hiking, etc. Have a good time! :)

My goal weight looks good, but I look the same at 50 lbs too! lol

I love mine. It's a tool I use to be more active. 'm not sure it helped my weight loss, but my goal is 15K steps a day and it gives me that extra push to keep going! :)
