Mine is a good plate of soul food (For all who is unaware of soul food it is various food found in the southern part of America. Foods such as fried chicken, collard greens, chicken and rice etc. All serves as soul food. Just Google the rest lol) and cupcakes. I used to do my cheat days Saturday and Sunday, but I'm too close to my goal and want to be there by the first of November

It has been taco pizza lately. After many years of vacationing and eating the local cuisine, I have really learned to appreciate a good meal. I thrive on local and fresh ingredients if possible.0

Yes I totally understand what you mean. Every time I indulge if i am not busy I cook my cheat meals because I know what is going into it.0 -
bibimbap - Korean dish with meat, egg, kimchi, veggies, sprouts & rice with broth and/or sauce...either in a normal plate/bowl or hot stone bowl. Usually I follow it up with a treat for later like a cupcake or 2 French macarons.0

my cheat meal is the same popcorn , peanut m&ms and a mountain dew. not really a meal, more of a sit in front of the tv and indulge . but it has aloud me to keep things in check for 5 years. hey , if it works don't fix it. I have this on Wednesday night while I watch my favorite tv show. my kiddos call it our cheat night and we all indulge at the same time. we gave up candy and soda as a family and we don't even have it in the house except for Wednesday evenings.0

I also realize that cheat meals give my body a shock. The day after I'll go back to my normal regime and the day of my weigh in I drop more than usual has this been the same for anyone0

I'd take this one!
Iif I have any standby it's probably my favorite Indian restaurant. I don't do cheat meals, but I do make sure I work in my higher calorie meal favorites on occasion, with exercise calories or otherwise.0 -
Cheeseburger with jalapenos abd red chile sauce. or Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza.0

I crave udon. That or deep fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and okra. Oooo or grilled cheese. I adore grilled cheese. I have really odd tastes for growing up in a rich family who ate fancy stuff. Oh my gosh and fro yo. Chinese american food. Seafood fresh in Cali. Lobster drenched in butter. Cheddar biscuits. I also love beignets, cream horns and any French pastry. Fish tacos. Dang I'm hungry now.0

Absolutely macaroni and cheese.0

My cheat meal is biryani (chicken or mutton) - accompaniement would be piece of tandoori chicken or mutton pepper roast.
Biryani is a high calorie rice based casserole ( not good - but love to indulge in it once a week )0 -

Take-away curry, but it's rare we get it. My husband does yummy homemade nachos too, but again, not very often.
When I do a 'cheat' day, I tend to eat my usual meals, but just have some homemade cake. I'm not a fan of pizza, McDonald's etc.0 -
turkey tacos and for snack peanut m&ms LOL, or sushi at a sushi bar. I kinda try to keep my indulge foods kinda healthy, I just like healthier versions of foods now more so than their unhealthy versions anymore.0

Probably pizza express pizza followed by their tiramisu.
Or, omelette with fries/chips.
Or, a really good pie with mashed potatoes and vegetables, like you get in pubs here in the uk.0 -
Mine is most definitely Canadian bacon and tomato toasted...mm mm then second would have to be kfc! LOL0
-
Homemade mac and cheese with crafted cheese and some delicious add in, or smoked baby back ribs with a thin glaze of bourbon barbecue sauce. Or some duck magret with a velvety sauce made with berries ans porto, and thinly sliced foie gras on top. Or a perfectly grilled dry aged prime rib with asparagus and béarnaise sauce. Or chicken makhani, with real naan cooked in the tandoor.
Ok, I'm unable to chose one.0 -

Big old bowl of pasta (stuffed or some kind of lasagna) with copious amounts of red wine

A giant burrito!
Beans, rice, sweet potatoes, avocado...
With tortilla chips and salsa
0 -
A gigantic plate of gooey nachos with all the fixings including TONS of guacamole and unlimited Margaritas on the side.0

Light, fluffy, ready to float away, melt-in-your mouth buttermilk pancakes. With gobs of real salted butter (or alternately homemade whipped cream, nutella, or peanut butter) and hot real maple syrup. Or a pecan waffle from the waffle house with lots of butter, real maple, and hot coffee. Or a flaky French almond croissant loaded with gooey almond filling. Or freshly baked, gooey homemade cinnamon rolls drenched in cream cheese icing. Breakfast is the only meal I have an interest in.0
