I only eat them when I already went over my calories, yet am still hungry. If you want an extremely low cal yet filling dinner, try them with some tomato sauce. Or try adding them to some stir fried veggies. It's like a stir-fry minus the calories.

I wish I had the willpower to be raw vegan. But I am a vegan, just not raw (although I do eat chocolate a few times within a month), and a very strict vegetarian of 7 years. :)

Running when the weather permits and the area isn't too plain/boring. But tennis is also a fun, calorie-burning activity (about 500 cals an hour!)
