I know it doesn't work for everyone (most of the time including me), but maybe try pre-logging everything in the beginning of the day, then adding/removing/modifying as you go. You might pre-log that you'll eat a serving of your dinner, then actually eat two, that's a simpler change than finding everything at every meal. I…

Yes, but I have self control and listen to the IIFYM crowd - but I am so stressed and busy that weight loss often gets put on hold. This is a rough journey when you run a traveling business, work a regular 70 hours per week and are a full time student. You'll get there, it just takes time.

Exfoliate your skin daily, and lose slowly to allow for the change. Your stretchmarks will start to fade, too! All in all, if you allow time for your body to feel the change you'll do just fine.

I am 23 and was diagnosed with PCOS at 13. I've never had a cycle on my own. I have liver disease because of it and my kidneys are going too. Count me in! PCOS sucks, I know a lot about it and finally found macros that help. Would love to join!

Learn to live with it. It's this exact issue that has me stuck at only a 20 lb loss in 3 years. Fluctuating is so bad, just learn to be patient. A new outlook can change everything. Good luck.

Usually 2, sometimes 4 if I have them for a snack and breakfast. Favorites: soft boiled, hard boiled, fried with peppers, scrambled with cheese. Eggs are great, man.

I feel like I've just been the one who says 'I don't need a time frame'.. then look in the mirror 3 years later and I'm only 20 lbs lighter. I know, I know, 20lbs is a lot but it's hard to forget that weight loss when it has been so long. The fluctuating is what really does me in.

A lot of people don't use an HRM so they go off of MFP calories. On a weight day, I burn 150-250 and on a cardio day it's 300-450. I haven't actually hit 500 cal burned yet.
