  • The other day, I made a 2 egg-white omelette with steamed broccoli, shredded chicken and provolone. Little garlic salt and black pepper, super tasty. 136 calories with 24g protein. Really filling, add an English muffin with almond/peanut/apple butter to top it off and it's awesome. Bonus pic:

  • So, you are using a Fitbit for your daily activity and the HRM for your workouts? Do you just take the Fitbit off during exercise? This sounds like what I'd like to achieve but I haven't quite figured how they'd work together.
  • I have a Polar FT7 and it's amazing for the gym. I start it up before I work out, and can tell how many calories I've burned through the entire process. I am considering a Fitbit Force though. I need to to more research and see what it actually does. I'm not sure exactly how it syncs with MFP, because I don't know anybody…
  • From what I understand, she's only talking about dinner, so I don't think one low carb meal for children (with extra carbs added only for them, as she and others have mentioned) will hurt them or even hinder them.
  • I don't treat them any differently, if I have a crazy night out then it counts as a cheat day for me. Same with my daily drinking. "Can I have another slice" and "Should I have another drink" are the same to me - on the weekends I don't really care that much.

  • Hi, I'm also battling fibro. My joints are so inflamed, even with anti-inflammatories, that my hip has been popping for a month straight now whenever I walk. It sucks! Swimming.
