If you go over your calories or 'cheat' a little bit (too many carbs, one extra cookie, etc), do you call that a binge or a 'cheat day'? 1500 Calories - What do you eat?
I have my diary set to 1500 calories. Often times I meet my carbs, fat, protein, sodium and fiber - but my calories tend to sit around 900-1200. I don't eat dairy, and stay away from gluten (except on maintenance days). What's your favorite way to get to 1500 calories?

I know that some people have enough motivation to drive 15 miles to the gym every day. Some of us have the motivation, just not the time. How long does it take you to get to your gym? This is a low carb week for me (under 100g), and I'm wondering: 1.) How do you make up for the loss of energy for exercise? Do you even try to exercise? 2.)
